Head Shots ($100 - Studio, $60 - On Location)

Head Shot Package:
This package is perfect for Make-up artists, models, actresses,
dancers, corporate professionals, and any other type of artists who need
clean professional head shots for their portfolios, professional
websites, business cards, and social network profiles. Make-up must be
done prior to shooting however bringing your make-up or make-up artist
with you for your shoot is recommended for touch-ups during shooting.
Please notify photographer if you are bringing your make-up artist.
On Location Portrait Shoot ($80):

outdoor at a location specified by the photographer to provide an eye-catching,
complimentary background. Female clients please come with your hair and make-up
done and ready to shoot. Male clients please come well-groomed. Styling
services can be provided upon request.

**Studio Shoots: These shoots will take place in a comfortable
studio space specified by the photographer including a solid color backdrop for
a clean background to highlight the model. Female clients, please come
with your hair and make-up done and ready to shoot. Male clients please come
well groomed. Make-up/Hair-styling services may also be available upon request
for an additional fee.
A model release form is required to be signed and completed in full by all parties, prior to shooting for every shoot.

Event Photography ($40 per hour , 2 hour minimum, 5 hour maximum, over 5 hours $400 flat rate)

Event Photography: Amber Rayne Photography will
cover the entirety of your event for the time allotted which will include both
candid and posed shots of guests, venue, decorations, entertainment and special
moments. All raw photos are sent to the client. Add a backdrop to your package for a
clean and consistent background for all photos of your guests at the event. A service agreement is required between photographer and hiring party prior to shooting.
Look Book/Website/Promo/Group Shoot (starts at $300, additional fees may apply)
+Styling services included upon request

+Model Scouting for up to 3 models (Optional. Finder’s fee may be required)
+15 edited/retouched photos for Look Book purposes
+30-50 raw images for website inventory use available on a case by case basis

Look Book/Website Shoots: This package is great for entrepreneurs who are ready to launch
or update their website with stunning new visuals that will surely catch the
eye of potential customers.
Visually appealing images will draw your customers in and keep them
revisiting your website just to look and see what’s new! Models can be provided
for a small finders fee and styling services provided by Amber Rayne
Photography or other stylists are recommended to take your images to the next level. Hair styling and make-up services are
available upon request prior to shooting for additional fees. A model release form is required to be signed for each model and completed in full, prior to shooting. A service agreement is required between photographer and hiring party prior to shooting.

Family/Group/Children Shoots: Amber Rayne Photography guarantees to get everyone’s
good side whether you’re shooting with your family or friends or capturing the
precious moments of your child. There are options for on-location or studio shoots for
everyone.
**All parties must sign release forms prior
to services. This is non-negotiable.
Booking a Shoot: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package price including tax is due at the time of booking via Paypal. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the shoot, prior to shooting. All major credit cards are accepted. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) A design plan will be required for all Look Book/Website Promo shoots which will include a detailed plan agreed upon by the client and photographer prior to any planning completed by the photographer for the shoot. All images are copyright protected and ownership rights belong to the photographer. All final, edited images will be provided to the individual hiring client in digital form via email. Final images will be provided no later than 14 days following each shoot, 21 days for Look Book/Website shoots.
Rescheduling: If the client needs to reschedule for any reason they may do so within 2 months of the originally scheduled date of the shoot. If the client fails to reschedule within 2 months of the original shoot date or decides to cancel this deposit will be non-refundable. If the client decides to reschedule this deposit may go towards another package or combination of services that are of equal or greater value than the package originally booked. Please give at least 48 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule.

Styling Services: Amber Rayne specializes in visual art direction
and styling for females and males which includes conceptual direction developed
prior to shooting, on-set styling, and a partial wardrobe with accessories
depending on the nature of the shoot.
